By using any services offered by TransportAutoNow.com, you agree to be legally bound by the rules and policies described in the following Terms and Conditions. You also agree to follow any instructions that you receive from TransportAutoNow.com or any of its representatives.

Interpretation, application, and modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be at the sole discretion of TransportAutoNow.com Changes in the Terms and Conditions become effective immediately upon public posting on our website. Individuals shall: (1) Ensure that all vehicle postings are made with the highest level of accuracy and are as complete as possible; (2) Adhere to all terms of TransportAutoNow.com's dispatch contract when issued and, if supplied, the Carrier's transport contract; (3) Understand that TransportAutoNow.com is not responsible for any damage occurring to any vehicle that is being or has been shipped using TransportAutoNow.com's service, and that any claims or disputes arising during or after transportation of your vehicle must be directed to the Carrier.

Carriers shall: (1) maintain adequate insurance coverage and licensing at all times; (2) pick up and drop off vehicles within the promised window of time as agreed to on the dispatch contract; (3) professionally handle vehicles to minimize damage; (4) provide customers with completed and signed bill of lading/vehicle condition form upon delivery; (5) handle damage claims fairly and responsively; (6) deal with customers in a professional and courteous manner; (7) promptly notify car owners and customers of unexpected delays; (8) Promise to keep customer information confidential as per the terms of TransportAutoNow.com's privacy policy.

TransportAutoNow.com's services may only be used for lawful purposes and in a manner that TransportAutoNow.com believes, in its sole discretion, to be consistent with the rights of other TransportAutoNow.com users, subscribers and third parties. While TransportAutoNow.com is not responsible for the content of subscriber-entered information, said content must comply with all laws and must not infringe the rights of any third party.

TransportAutoNow.com reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any user's access to any of its services without notification if the user violates, or can be expected to violate, the letter or spirit of the TransportAutoNow.com Terms and Conditions or to use TransportAutoNow.com for any activity that is illegal or infringes on the rights of TransportAutoNow.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees, its users, or any third party.

Subscription fees are to be paid monthly in advance. Accounts not paid by the due date will be suspended pending receipt of payment.

You can cancel your subscription at any time and the cancellation will be effective as of the next due date.

Subscribers must notify TransportAutoNow.com immediately if you suspect that others may have gained access to your (Carrier, Broker, Dealer) ID Number, or if you notice any other suspicious activity involving your (Carrier, Broker, Dealer) ID Number.

You agree to indemnify and hold TransportAutoNow.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of any information that is present on TransportAutoNow.com

TransportAutoNow.com is not responsible or liable for the content, quality or accuracy of any information posted by users of TransportAutoNow.com

You agree to using TransportAutoNow.com at your own risk. TransportAutoNow.com makes no warranty that the service will be available, error-free, or suitable for your use and purpose. In case of failure, TransportAutoNow.com's sole liability shall be the refund of any payments you have made for unavailable or unused services, provided that you notify TransportAutoNow.com of the failure within ten (10) business days.

Nothing contained in this policy shall limit TransportAutoNow.com's actions or remedies in any way with respect to any activity that violates the TransportAutoNow.com Terms and Conditions. TransportAutoNow.com reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the TransportAutoNow.com service, and levying cancellation charges to cover its costs in the event a user is removed for the causes outlined above.

Any failure by TransportAutoNow.com to enforce any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of the Terms and Conditions or any part thereof. If any provision in these Terms is found to be invalid by a court of law, you and TransportAutoNow.com agree that the court should adhere as closely as possible to the intentions of the provision, and that all other parts of the Terms and Conditions shall remain in effect.
