What happens next?
Once your vehicle is posted, it will instantly appear on our loadboard and be available for thousands of carriers across the country to pick up. Your listing will appear on the loadboard for 10 days after the listed available date. If transportation for your car has not been arranged by then we will contact you to help you revise your listing and get your vehicle shipped.
When a carrier is interested in moving your car, we will contact you with the details. If you want to ship with that carrier, we require a $49.95 dispatch and documentation fee paid by credit card, paypal or check by phone. We will then supply you with a dispatch contract, your carrier's insurance certificate, and the carrier's DOT Authority letter. The dispatch contract is a contract between you and the carrier giving the carrier permission and the exclusive right to transport your vehicle.
Once the dispatch contract is sent, your listing will be removed from the loadboard and you will need to contact the carrier to make specific arrangements for transporting the vehicle and payment. The carrier will then transport your car as contracted.
Once the vehicle arrives, send us an email or give us a call and we will send you a gift certificate for $500 in free gas. (How does the gas gift certificate work? See our FAQ)
