Just wanted to let you know that the Land Rover arrived safe and sound and that I really appreciate your very competent help getting that arranged. I think you have a great business model that really is different from the rest of the auto transport system.

Shipped my old Blazer from Boise to my daughter in Ohio. TAN did a fine job in arranging the transport. My only complaint, and its not really a big deal, is that it took about 15 days before the car was picked up....no fault of TAN, just that truckers don't normally pass through Idaho on their way East! Transport Auto Now did a god job explaining to me how the system works. I would recommend! - John, Idaho |

Compared to the problem we're having with our household goods carrier, TransportAutoNow is excellent. The driver was very nice to my grandma, who released the car and he also called the day before he picked it up and the day before we received it. The car arrived in the same condition it left in, minus the snow and ice. Overall we had a good experience and when we move again (I'm in the military), we'll probably go with TransportAutoNow. - Sarah, Michigan |

I wasn't in a big hurry to get the car due to the fact I was going out of town for a week. Much to my surprise, the vehicle was picked up 1 day after I scheduled it. Coming across the country, I thought it would take maybe a week, but 3 days later it was here.

Customer service was prompt and accurate. Pick-up was on time and delivery was on time (+/- a day). Car was deliver in same condition as when picked up. - Jorge, Oregon
